Gear Box Jack Normal- (Hydraulic)
Key Features & Design Highlights
A 0.8-ton normal (low-profile) gearbox jack is uniquely tailored to tackle the challenges of removing heavy transmissions when a vehicle is on standard jack stands.
- Multi-Axis Adjustable Cradle: Transmission casings are awkwardly shaped and rarely balance perfectly. The top saddle features heavy-duty adjustment screws or hand cranks, allowing you to tilt the mounting plate forward, backward, and side-to-side for a flawless alignment with the engine block.
- Heavy-Duty Safety Chains: Every unit includes integrated steel chains and anchor brackets. These firmly tie down the gearbox to the cradle, ensuring it cannot slip off while you are rolling it out from under the car.
- Ultra-Low-Profile Chassis: Built with a wide, open H-frame or X-frame profile. This structural design sits very close to the ground, maximizing your working clearance and providing an extremely low center of gravity to prevent top-heavy tipping.
- 360° Industrial Swivel Casters: Four smooth-rolling, all-metal caster wheels allow you to move the heavy load in any direction. This makes it simple to guide the gearbox out from underneath the vehicle frame once dropped.
- 360-Degree Rotating Pump Handle: The hydraulic pump handle pivots a full 360 degrees. This allows you to pump the jack and lift the transmission from any comfortable angle, even if you are restricted on space while lying on a mechanic's creeper.
- Overload Protection Valve: An internal hydraulic bypass valve stops the jack from lifting anything beyond its maximum 800 kg capacity, preventing sudden structural or seal failures.
- Precision Lowering Release: A metered twist-valve release knob lets you lower the heavy gearbox smoothly and slowly, preventing sudden drops that could damage engine components or cause injury.
Hydraulic & Mechanical Engineering
- Hydraulic Fluid Type: ISO VG 32 or standard Grade 10 premium hydraulic jack oil .
- Cylinder Diameter: approx. 30 mm high-polish chrome piston rod.
- Wheel Construction: 4x 3-inch (75mm) heavy-duty cast iron or high-tensile steel swivel casters with 360° ball-bearing pivots.
- Pump Handle Trajectory: Full 360-degree rotational pump capability allowing activation from any horizontal position.

A 3-ton (3T) Jack Engine crane refers to a wide range of lifting equipment designed to handle loads up to 3,000 kilograms (6,614 lbs). Because "3T" specifies only the weight capacity, the ideal equipment depends entirely on your workspace, mobility needs, and the specific material you need to lift.

The core features that make a 2-Ton (2T) engine crane essential for automotive repair and workshop lifting fall into four main categories: structural design, hydraulic performance, mobility, and safety mechanisms

A 10-ton (10T) hydraulic jack is a heavy-duty lifting tool capable of raising up to 10,000 kg (22,000 lbs). It is commonly used for lifting SUVs, light commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery, and heavy industrial equipment.
